Ways to solve conflict
when I feel like I want to handle my own problems in a physical way, I use those frustrations and, anger, feelings to release them by punching a wall, door, table. I do this because I know that I'll stop because then my knuckles will hurt, and I will be emotionally exhausted. I'm trying to get better at expressing the way that I feel when I'am frustrated. Next, time I find myself in a bad situation I will make sure to walk away to remove myself from trouble. I usually don't get into many problems but when I do my anger sometimes overcomes me, which is bad and I'm trying to improve it. I feel that it is very important to being able to resist the urge to beat someone up, I see that many people take therapy to help them with their frustration but I don't feel that's not right thing for me, I rather control my urge by myself because it's actually better, because you could have time alone in your quiet room calming yourself down without listening to other people.
